WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCEDURE?

For orders under $500, our standard practice is to collect payment in full before the design and production process. For orders over $500, you have the option to either pay in full or pay a 50% deposit with the rest due upon completion. Payment can be made via card over the phone or in-person at any of our offices. We also accept checks, but please inform us in advance if you plan to take this option.

This is entirely dependent on the material, scope and scale of the project. Generally speaking, "non-install" jobs (such as business cards, flyers, banners, coroplast signs etc.) will take around 2-3 days from proof approval. PVC and Aluminum Signage will take around the same time, with some extensions if complex cuts or graphics are needed. More complicated prints like textured business cards, door hangers etc. can take over a week due to our queue and the special equipment needed to process these orders. Store Signage such as Light Boxes and Channel Letters will take around 2-4 weeks or more based on the scale of the project.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At the present time we do not offer gift cards, however we do offer small discounts for recurring purchases as part of our "loyal customer" policy.

HOW LONG WILL MY SIGNAGE TAKE TO PRODUCE?

WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We prefer to work with vector-based files such as .AI or .EPS and PDFs also, but if if these aren't available to you then the highest-quality JPG available will suffice. We generally don't use .PNGs as they are incompatible with our printing software. Our designers will let you know if a file is acceptable for print or not after we receive it.

DO YOU ONLY OFFER SIGNS?

We have a range of products available that are not directly signage-related, such as business cards, flyers, stickers, door hangers and more. We offer a wide variety of printing services, so if you are interested in a specific item or product that is not advertised on our website, get in contact and we'll let you know the answer!
